Gili presented with a large abscess on the neck accompanied by heavy tick infestation. Clinical examination revealed inflamed, swollen tissue with purulent discharge and multiple attached ticks. The abscess was drained, the wound thoroughly cleaned and treated, ticks removed, and appropriate medications initiated.
